  : The room was filled with cockroaches. The entire room was horribly dirty and smelled like pee. I could see the bed bugs in the bed. When asked for a refund they laughed at me. I paid 175.00 and only stayed for one hour when I was supposed to stay for 3 days!

  : Extremely reasonably priced. And the people were very friendly. The manager even let us park a large trailer that held every possession we owned on it right next to the office so that we would feel more secure about our belongings. Room was very large, with the king size bed. Newly remodeled, decorated. Great stay for the price.

  : I didn't check In.I arrived in the afternoon and was told that I couldn't check in until 3 o'clock. We came back at 3 o'clock and there was nobody in the office. I waited 10 minutes still nobody. I came back a half an hour later and there was a sign on the door to go around to the window and ring the bell. I rang the bell. Someone inside Pulled back the raggedy towel covering the window and said nothing. I said I have a reservation. The response was a grunt. And the towel went back over the window. After waiting a few minutes at the window someone came out the front door and in a surly manner beckoned me in the front. Never looking me in the eye never saying hello never saying thank you for coming may I help you,He gave the impression that he was annoyed that I was there. Then he started filling out a receipt still without asking me for anything and All the while stuffing potato chips in his mouth. Then he asked me for my confirmation number. I told him I didn't have it and asked if it was necessary. He said: "Yeah how else can I know whether you actually paid or not?". I told him I could probably get it and I went to my car and got my computer out and brought it back to the office. When he gave me the password, for some reason he had a hard time telling it to me in one complete sentence. He would say half of it, Pause, and then start talking again. I tried my best it didn't work and asked him for the password again, once again in a surly insulting rude tone, this time his voice raised, he again gave me the password in fits and starts.When I repeated what I thought I had heard, once again, in a surly rude tone he once again gave me the password in little bits and pieces. I finally logged on. As usual in a new location my computer kept trying to get security information from me which made it next to impossible for me to actually retrieve The confirmation number.
  : insolent tone,"Is there any particular reason why it's taking so long?". I told him it was taking so long because he didn't have a computer or any other way of checking whether I had paid. After another 30 seconds of being annoyed I told him forget it, skip it. I left. He knows damn well I never checked in. I know there was it was a non-refundable reservation but I Will not put up with extreme rudeness! I want my money back. I will take all legal steps to get my money back. I will be contacting I've never encountered such rude service. I have plenty of time.
